Provide this information to help us help you

We do not need your name or any identifying info, but the counselor will need some basic information about your military service in order to provide assistance. Your question or request can be expedited if you have the following  info ready when you call, or include it in your email:

  • Branch of service and unit
  • Base (name, city, state)
  • Estimated ETS
  • Amount of time in service
  • Rank
  • Date enlisted
  • MOS
  • Where stationed for Basic Training
  • AIT

If AWOL/UA:

  • How long?
  • Missed troop movement?
